Applied Process Development

We develop process solutions and implement them to improve quality, cost, and productivity in three primary areas:

sensors, devices, process engineering, process control systems

Sensors and Devices: This type of development is typically directed at providing the capability to measure process variables that are currently not being measured. It may be for position, size, physical properties, thermal, process rates, or other measurements.

Process Engineering: This solution is typically directed at defining process capability, improving process capability (six sigma), improving OEE (downtime, speed, scrap), and cost reduction (materials, energy, people).

Process Control Systems: Here we develop process control solutions. This may include automatic control or manual process control. The direction here is to center the process about the desired average and to have the range be within six sigma.
