Implementing 5S and Visual Control

Workshop hours are 8:00 am until 4:45. All of the instructors are senior level managers each with more than 25 years of manufacturing experience and ten years of Lean implementation experience. You will have the opportunity to discuss implementation issues with them and learn first hand from their experience.

Each person attending will receive a professional set of materials for each workshop attended. 

Attendance is limited and only prepaid registrants will be guaranteed access to the event. 

Workshop #1: Delivering World Class Performance Through the Lean Manufacturing Toolset

• Review the structure of Lean

• Learn how to assess your opportunities, define your improvement projects, and prioritize the projects to implement

• Learn the six system properties and how to determine which ones need improvement

• Learn how to match-up lean tools with improvement objectives to achieve World Class Performance

• Receive analysis tools for analyzing business performance and assessing your lean status

• Learn the opportunity analysis methodology

Workshop #2: 5S and Visual Control Seminar

• Understand the structure and scope of 5S

• Learn the implementation roadmap and how to implement 5S

• Understand what it takes to sustain an implementation
