   We provide training to our customers at their facility. The training is conducted by one of our Senior Program Managers with years of lean implementation experience. We use our experienced implementers to train, so your instructor has been through what it takes to implement and sustain. Benefits of this approach include:

Our three-day classes include the following for a fixed price plus travel:

  • One day in your facility the day prior to the course to become familiar with your operations and your issues
  • Two days of lean training for up to 20 people
  • A notebook of course materials for each participant
  • One instructor for the two course days
  • Development of a top-ten project list with the benefits of implementation
