We provide training to support all aspects of lean manufacturing including both the technical elements and transformation of the organization.  These courses are presented by instructors who actually implement lean manufacturing solutions and understand the issues involved in these implementations.  This means that you get much more than the theory, you get practical answers based on implementation experience and we use our actual case studies as class examples.

Our standard training is shown in the table above.  All of our training is supported by quality materials including excellent manuals provided to each attendee and by video tapes that are played during training sessions to illustrate examples and concepts.  Module #1 through Module #6 represent our standard course offering that is provided both publicly and on-site.   The Hands-on training outlined in red in the table below represent specialized training usually done onsite at your facility.  If you don't have enough people to support an onsite course let us know and if there is enough interest we will put on a course on that subject.
