| Simulation Capabilities |
Manufacturing Engineering, Inc. uses computer based simulation continually for two primary purposes. The first is to validate our lean production designs and the second is to perform simulations for our customers. Computer based simulations can save a lot of expense and time because it allows an examination of the process in detail long before capital bolted to the production floor.
The animation demonstrates the production process by showing products moving through the production process. You can see products moving from process to process and observe when buffers fill up or starved conditions occur.

Flexsim Simulation Software system. This is a
powerful "object oriented" simulation product that is extremely powerful.
