Discrete process simulation is a great tool for predicting performance in your operations prior to actually making any physical changes in the operations.  With simulation you can visually see the process operating, you can see product moving through your facility, and you can see the performance of the system right on the computer.  This is a great design tool because you can do what-if analysis and see how the system performance responds.

Simulation models can also be constructed that become an ongoing part of the operation.  For instance, it can be used to determine how many lines should be operated, used to determine how many people are needed to run the work load, and can even be developed into a scheduling tool.

During the simulation performance can be tracked and presented on the computer screen.  This includes amount of production, cycle time, inventory, buffers, wait time, people utilization, equipment utilization, and most other parameters that are of interest.

We use one of the best and most user friendly simulators on the market.  It is called FLEXSIM.

If you have a simulation that you would like to be performed, just complete the Simulation Request Form.  If possible let us know some information about what you would like to be simulated.  We will review your request and contact you to discuss your simulation need.

If you are interested in finding more about the FlexSim simulation software or in purchasing the software click Simulation Software.
